These are so quick and easy to make and you can customize them any way you want. A kid pleaser too!
¾ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
¾ cup natural unsalted almond butter
¼ cup golden flax seeds
¼ cup chocolate chips (we use the Lily’s chocolate chips)
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (can adjust to your taste)
2 tablespoons Seva Soul collagen powder
Optional add ins: chopped nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. If mixture seems to dry, then add a touch more honey or maple syrup. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to roll into balls. Store in refrigerator for 1 hour prior to devouring! Makes about 22 balls depending on size. Keep stored in refrigerator until ready to eat!
