Ready to reset your body after some overindulgence? Start your day off with this protein detox smoothie. It is filling and has several foods that help rid of water retention. Don't forget to tag us in your creation!
1 cup kale
½ cucumber or 2 mini cucumbers
2 celery stalks
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 green apple
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 scoop Seva Soul collagen powder
1 cup water
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk
Small piece of ginger (optional)
Pinch of turmeric (optional)
Ice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth.
