Golden Milk Protein Latte

This golden milk latte is so tasteful and satisfying.  Add in Dr. K Collagen Powder for an added boost of protein to your powerhouse drink! 

 

1 cup milk of your choice ( almond or cashew

 is our preference)

1 chai tea bag (love Rishi masala chai or Tazo chai tea bag)

1 teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon cardamom

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Dash of allspice (optional)

1 scoop Seva Soul collagen powder

Sweetener of your choice (Stevia drops work great too!)

 

 

Use a small pot and over medium heat, combine all the ingredients minus the sweetner.  Use a whisk or spoon to mix down any clumps until smooth.  Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the chai latte is creamy and frothy.  Remove from heat immediately and serve in mug.  Add sweetner if desired and collagen powder.  Mix with spoon.  Serve with a dash of cinnamon or extra turmeric on top!  Enjoy!
