Peanut Butter Protein Muffins

2 cups old fashioned oats

1/3 cup Monkfruit sugar

Dash of salt

2 eggs

2/3 cup almond or cashew milk

2 bananas mashed banana

6 tablespoons powdered peanut butter

2 scoops Seva Soul Collagen Powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray.

Combine oats, sugar, baking powder, powdered peanut butter, and salt in a bowl.

Whisk together eggs, almond milk, and mashed banana. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Using a cookie scoop, spoon mixture equally into the muffin tins.

Bake for 22-24 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.

Let cool and devour.
